Treatment in this depression during pregnancy itself involves several avenues like developing friends and helpful people network. Always be with the individual who feels depressed so as to increase the positive thinking in him. Continuous discussion with a psychotherapist and checking the improvements or problems occurring daily, mainly if there is a major change occurred during pregnancy.
